Yes, I'm learning to tattoo. I spent a few hours at Voluta today learning to use a tattoo machine. Conan is an awesome mentor, and from the get-go I was disturbingly good at it... Hmm...
It's a lot like watercolor painting. Layering colors, and the needle configurations are like round and square brushes. I'm working on a piece of fake skin above. So maybe If I get really good I can put my coffee-slinging days behind me and make a little more money at making art. Not to mention the time it would afford me to get rolling with my graphic novel.
